9 oz. Mesh Vinyl Banners are ideal for windy outdoor conditions. Our mesh banners are 75/25 (75% printable surface, 25% air pass through) The tiny holes allow air to flow through the banner with minimal tension on the mounting points. The movement and resistance is greatly reduced, and the risk of wind tearing the material is minimized, making them perfect for use on construction fencing, scaffolding, barrier banners, or bridges where high wind conditions may be an issue. We strongly recommend adding reinforced webbing to further strengthen the mounting points when using a grommet mounting system. We also offer D-rings for those critical street banner installations.

Mesh Banners are very flexible as well as portable. With many uses and applications, they’re most commonly used to promote a company’s logo, a special promotion, event, team, business or school.

A quality mesh banner will use an outside hem to ensure that grommets are secured properly. Grommets are the metal eyelets that enable the banner to be hung on fence posts, walls, or on the side of buildings. In windy conditions, if grommets are not fastened into the hem of a vinyl banner, these grommets will easily tear out of the large mesh banner.

All of our mesh signage is made with a double stitched or heat welded hem, so the grommets are reinforced with 2 layers of material. We also offer reinforced webbing, used to further strengthen the hemmed areas, especially for large banners in very windy conditions.

Specific Color Notes:

Black should be “Rich Black”: C:60M:60:Y60:K:100

Blues should have at least a 25% difference between Cyan and Magenta values

e.g C:100, M:75, Y:0, K:0. Less than a 25% different will result in a purple hue.

Spot Color:

Spot (PMS) colors can help in the design and printing process of your job, as spot (pms) colors can be referenced to a Pantone “Swatch Book”. We will print as close to designated colors as possible. It is important to note however that all printing is done in the Process color model using Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black ink. Not all colors can be matched 100% in four-color process
